refund & exchange policy
Currently Aplod Aesthetic Apparel is only able to provide a refund if the product you ordered is damaged upon receiving. Though we are confident in our production and handling, mistakes can happen. If you receive a product that comes damaged, please make this claim to within a weeks of receiving your order. All claims made after 4 will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Aplod Aesthetic Apparel cannot and will not refund or exchange due to sizing mistakes made upon purchase. In order to alleviate any issues with sizing, we have including a sizing guide on all product descriptions, which can be found here.
If you receive a damaged product please email with the following information:
In the title of the email write your first name and "product problem"
In the body of the email briefly describe the issue with the product, include a picture of it, and include a picture of the packing slip it came with.
